Our Greystone A-Roundabout IPA is a gently crafted American-style IPA that derives its namesake from the iconic roundabouts of Linglestown, PA. With a mellowed out appearance that is hazy in nature, this brew is characterized by its smooth creamy texture. Contrasting the typical bitterness of an IPA, every sip will make you smile with it’s tropical and juicy sweetness.

Dillston
We like paying homage to history, it’s kind of our thing. With that in mind, we have created another unique Irish Red Ale that has garnered it’s namesake from our very own Dillsburg. At one time the settlement was known as Monaghan Settlement, at other times it was Dill’s or Dills, Dillstown and even Dillston. It wasn’t until 1833 that it became Dillsburg. Not only does this beer taste great, but you get a small taste of history as well.

Year of the Cicada
Much like the Cicada rises every 17 years, our 17th-year addition, German-Style Hefeweizen beer is ready to make itself known! Both fruity and phenolic, this beer is characterized by its balance of banana and clove, and its beautiful effervescent glow when poured into the right glass. Best served in a Weizen vase, this beer makes a delicious combination with a wide variety of lighter foods, including salads, some egg-based dishes, and seafood.

Washington Cherry Bounce
Our Washington Cherry Bounce is a historical honoring of one of George Washington’s favorite tipples, based on papers from his estate in Mount Vernon. Cherry trees were grown at Mount Vernon, George Washington’s estate, for many years. Records show that the cherries were harvested in June and then dried and preserved for use in the winter for a variety of delicacies and drinks. Paying homage to this colorful past, this Tart Ale is a delightful combination of cherries, cinnamon, and brandy!

Slick Hair Pils
We are proud to introduce Slick Hair Pils, the brainchild of our Derby Day prize winner! This Czech Style Pilsner is brewed Saaz Hops! Bold like it’s slick haired inspiration, Czech-style pilsners are pale gold in color and brilliantly clear. They have a low-to-medium hop profile, and almost exclusively use the native Czech Saaz hop which gives a spiciness to the overall flavor.
