Frequently Asked Questions

What are the deadlines for event planning submissions?

Menus must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your event for custom planning and menu choices. The guaranteed guest count, meal choices, and seating chart are due by noon one week prior to your event.

Can we customize the menu for our private holiday dining experience?

Absolutely! Our culinary team will work with you to create a menu that perfectly complements your holiday celebration.

What are the time frames for booking spaces?
  • Breakfast Events: 7:00AM – 10:00AM
  • Lunch Events: 10:00AM – 3:30PM
  • Dinner Events: After 4:00PM

For additional hours outside these times, a $500 room fee applies.

What is your event cancellation policy?

Notify us immediately if you need to cancel. Deposits can be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days, reschedule within 90 days to transfer the deposit; otherwise, it is forfeited.

Can we decorate the venue ourselves?

Yes, you may decorate the venue with prior coordination with our Event Coordinator. Approval from Range + Rye Management is required for all decorations. Note: no glitter, confetti, or adhesives on painted surfaces are allowed. Guests must remove all decorations after the event, or a $250 service fee may apply for cleaning or repairs.

Can we bring outside food and beverages?
Outside desserts are allowed with a $2.00 per person fee. No outside beverages are permitted.
What rental supplies are provided?

We provide banquet tables, chairs, and appropriate tableware for your event. Standard linens are included for all banquet tables for guest seating. Additional linens may be supplied for a fee.
